MICHAEL MORWOOD

CTAWW is proud to sponsor a third visit by Michael, returning very literally by popular demand, to share his exciting perspectives on renewed contemporary belief based on his popular new book:  FROM SAND TO SOLID GROUND.  “Michael Morwood responds to the questions that sometimes frighten Catholics of our time.  He knows the real questions and the struggles that ensue…and provides background and context to the questions can be explored in an intelligent and discerning way.” Diarmuid O’Murchu.    See details in the enclosed flyer.

SATURDAY, JUNE  7

BISHOP GEOFFREY ROBINSON

Details are being finalized for this visit by Bishop Geoffrey Robinson, now retired auxiliary bishop of Sydney, Australia, who chaired the Australian bishops committee dealing with sexual abuse of minors.  He is a bishop of remarkable vision and courage speaking his mind regarding the need for extensive reform in the Catholic Church as captured in his book “Confronting Power and Sex in the Catholic Church” about to be published in the U.S. by Liturgical Press.  CTAWW is excited to host his visit to Seattle as an opportunity for many to hear and dialogue with a member of the hierarchy who not only shares many of our concerns about the future of the Catholic Church but has spoken out so courageously.
